Brothers and Sisters:
All rental permit holders must be using the designated areas ONLY outlined on their permits. They should not be substituting other rooms nor using other spaces. If they want to change areas, it must go through the Rental Dept. and an updated permit will be generated to reflect changes.
Also, a permit must say approved to be valid, not pending or confirmed… APPROVED only.
**Only APPROVED permits can be printed.**
If you have any issues or questions with permit holders, please, contact your Area Supervisor and contact a Union Steward.
In the meantime, you can create a private conversation in eBase under Community Use go to the permit number and click on Internal to dialogue with rentals to register your complaint, as well.
